Stay KooooK Munich City is just a short walk from the main train station (approx. 240 m), with connections to all major S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and regional trains. Karlsplatz (Stachus) is also just a 3-minute walk away. Plus, several tram lines stop right nearby, so you can quickly get to any part of the city.

Even if your studio isn’t quite ready on the day you arrive, you can stop by The Flat starting at 8:00 a.m. There, you can settle in, take a deep breath, work, make yourself a cup of coffee, or just get a taste of the Stay KooooK vibe. In the meantime, you can store your luggage in the luggage room. As soon as your studio is ready, you can move in at your own pace.

Stay KooooK Munich City does not serve a traditional breakfast. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available in the shared kitchen in “The Flat“. Guests are welcome to bring their own bread and favorite breakfast ingredients to create a breakfast tailored to their tastes. Food can be stored and prepared in the shared kitchen.

Your room is not cleaned daily. You can find the cleaning schedule at any time in your Digital Guest Journey under “My Stay” > “Services.” There, you can also book additional cleanings until 11:59 PM the day before.

Washing machines and dryers are available on the first floor. To use the machines, simply sign up with WeWash. Ironing boards and irons are also available.

If you’d like to store your luggage, please ask one of our hosts — they’ll be happy to help.

Yes, that depends on where you booked. If you booked your stay directly through Stay KooooK, just contact our team via WhatsApp or email. We’ll work with you to see what’s possible and will be happy to help you extend, change, or cancel your reservation. If you booked through a third-party provider — such as a booking portal or external platform — please contact that provider directly. In this case, any changes or cancellations must be made through the respective booking platform.

In the area, you’ll find Bavarian classics at Münchner Stubn or Augustiner Bräustuben. For international cuisine, we recommend NENI München (Israeli) or Slurp (ramen). Geisel’s Vinothek is perfect for a special evening with wine and Mediterranean dishes.
