How to get here::

By car: Take the A1 freeway and exit at Wankdorf/Zentrum. Follow the signs to Zentrum/Bern Expo. Then turn right onto Papiermühlestrasse and continue straight onto Tramstrasse. Turn left onto Trüsselstrasse and you will find the destination on the left.

By train: Take the train to Bern main station. Once there, take the city train and get off at the Bern Wankdorf stop. From there it is only a short walk to Trüsselstrasse 4a.

By plane:Land at Zurich airport and take the train to Bern main station. Once there, take the city train and get off at the Bern Wankdorf stop. From there it is only a short walk to Trüsselstrasse 4a.

How to get here:

By car: Coming from the north or south, take the A9 freeway to the Leipzig-West exit. Follow the B181 towards the city center and turn right into Karl-Tauchnitz-Straße. Drive straight ahead across Goerdelerring and turn left into Gerberstraße. Follow the street until Gottschedstraße and turn right. Our hotel is located on the left side.

By train: From Leipzig main station, take streetcar line 4 in the direction of “Stötteritz” and get off at the stop “Goerdelerring”. From there, walk north for about 5 minutes and then turn left into Gottschedstraße. Our hotel is on the right-hand side.

By plane: From Leipzig/Halle airport, take the S-Bahn line S5 or S5X in the direction of “Leipzig Hauptbahnhof” and get off at the main station. From there, follow the instructions above for arriving by train.

How to get here::

By car: Follow the signs to Bern and park in one of the public parking garages in the city center, such as the Casino or City West parking garage. From there it is only a few minutes walk to Zeughausgasse 26.

By train: From Bern train station, you can either walk to Zeughausgasse 26 in about 10 minutes or take streetcar line 6 to the “Zytglogge” stop, which is just a few steps away.

By plane: From Zurich airport you can take a direct train to Bern, which takes about 1.5 hours. From Bern train station, you can either walk to Zeughausgasse 26 in about 10 minutes or take streetcar line 6 to the “Zytglogge” stop, which is just a few steps away.

How to get here:

By car: Mönckebergstraße is a pedestrian zone and therefore not directly accessible by car. However, parking is available in nearby parking garages such as the parking garage “Hanseviertel” or “Spitaler Höfe”.

By train: Mönckebergstraße can be reached on foot from Hamburg Central Station in about 10 minutes. Leave the station in the direction of the “Mönckebergstraße” exit and follow the street straight ahead.

By plane: From Hamburg airport, take the S-Bahn line S1 directly to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (main station). From there you can get to Mönckebergstraße as described above. The journey takes about 25 minutes.

How to get here:

By car: There are several highways leading to Geneva. If you are coming from Lausanne or France, you can take the A1 highway and exit at “Genève La Praille” or “Genève Acacias”. From there, just follow the signs towards the city center. Note, however, that parking in downtown Geneva can be difficult and expensive. It is recommended to use public transportation.

By Train: The main train station, Genève-Cornavin, is an important transportation hub and connects Geneva with numerous cities in Switzerland and abroad. From the station, you can take streetcar line 14 or 18 and get off at the Servette stop. Rue de la Servette is then just a few minutes walk away.

By plane: From Geneva airport you can take the train and go directly to the main station Genève-Cornavin. The journey time is about 7 minutes. From there you can take streetcar line 14 or 18 and get off at the Servette stop. Rue de la Servette is then only a few minutes walk away.

How to get here:

By car: Coming from the A9 freeway, follow the signs for München-Zentrum. Continue on Landshuter Allee until the end and turn right into Arnulfstraße. Follow the street until Schwanthalerstraße and turn left. Continue until you reach Schützenstraße, where our hotel is on the left side. Please note that the hotel does not have its own parking spaces.

By train: From the main station, it is only a few minutes walk to the hotel. On the subway distribution level, take the exit in the direction of Schützenstraße.

By plane: From Munich Airport, you can either take the S-Bahn S1 / S8 or the Lufthansa-Airport bus to the main station and, from there, walk to the hotel. A cab ride from the airport to the hotel takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

By car: At the motorway junction 24-Dreieick Delmenhorst, follow the signs for B75 towards Bremen / Delmenhorst-Stickgras. Then continue on the B75, onto Oldenburger Str. and then onto the B6. Then take the exit towards Walle / Fähre / Überseestadt / Stephaniviertel.

By train: From Bremen main station, you can take tram E in the direction of Alte Nuestadt / Westerstraße or tram 1 in the direction of Huchting to the stops ‘Bremen am Wall’ or ‘Bremen am Brill’.

You can take tram 4 in the direction of Arsten and tram 6 in the direction of Flughafen to the ‘Bremen Schüsselkorb’ stop. Bus 24 in the direction of Rablinghausen will also take you to the ‘Bremen Schlüsselkorb’ stop

It is only a short walk to us from the respective stops.

By plane: From Bremen Airport, you can take tram 6 in the direction of Universität to the ‘Bremen Domsheide’ stop and either walk to us from there or take bus 25 in the direction of Weidedamm-Süd to ‘Bremen Martinistraße’ and walk from there.

How do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice after check-out. It will be sent to you via email and will also be available in your Digital Guest Journey starting on the day of departure and for up to 14 days after your check-out.

How can I update my billing address?

No, you don’t need to pay a deposit for a long stay at Stay KooooK. You can move into your temporary home without any additional security deposit – whether you’re staying short-term or long-term.

Among other tactics, they send emails or WhatsApp messages containing links to fake websites in the name of Stay KooooK.
