Check-in is entirely digital. After booking, you’ll receive a personal link where you can enter your information, pay, and activate your digital keys. This allows you to go straight to your room without having to visit the front desk. Here are detailed instructions for the self-check-in process:

Payment & Booking

Can I book Stay KooooK directly online?

Yes, reservations can only be made online, preferably through our website. That’s also where you’ll find the best direct booking rates.

Can I pay in cash at Stay KooooK?

Stay KooooK relies on simple, digital processes and operates exclusively on a cashless basis. Therefore, payment is not accepted in cash.

How do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice after check-out. It will be sent to you via email and will also be available in your Digital Guest Journey starting on the day of departure and for up to 14 days after your check-out.

How can I update my billing address?

During your stay, you can update your billing address in the Digital Guest Journey. Once you’ve checked out, you can still make changes through our hosts.

Do I need to pay a deposit for a long stay at Stay KooooK?

No, you don’t need to pay a deposit for a long stay at Stay KooooK. You can move into your temporary home without any additional security deposit – whether you’re staying short-term or long-term.

How can I protect myself from fraud attempts related to my Stay KooooK booking?

Scammers are becoming increasingly creative in their attempts to obtain money or personal information. Among other tactics, they send emails or WhatsApp messages containing links to fake websites in the name of Stay KooooK. On the fake website, victims are prompted to enter credit card information or other sensitive data.
