Where can I park?

You can find the car park `Wankdorf City II` on Trüsselstrasse – it has direct access to the building and costs CHF 24,- for 24 hours.

You can easily take the underground hotel entrance via Moxy/Stay KooooK to get directly to the hotel.

Can I arrive 24 hours a day?

Sure! You can check in online, and you will receive your digital room key before your arrival. On the day of arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3 pm.

The battery of my mobile phone is empty, what can I do?

When arriving, ring the doorbell. We will let you in the backyard (8th floor), where you can create your room card at the terminal. Once your cell phone is charged, you can use it as a key again.

I cannot get into the hotel. What can I do?

Just ring the doorbell, and we’ll let you in. Alternatively, you can reach us 24h under +41 800 566665.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us via e-Mail, WhatsApp or phone.

Can I leave my luggage with you?

In the backyard (8th floor), there are luggage lockers. There you can keep your suitcase at any time.

Check-In

Do I have to register at the reception?

At Stay KooooK things are a little bit different. Once you have filled out everything in the guest portal, you will receive your key. When arriving, you do not have to check in and can go directly to your room. But we are happy if you drop by for a coffee.

Why am I asked for my credit card details twice?

We request your credit card details in the guest portal as a guarantee. We will then charge you for drinks and snacks you take in the backyard. Secondly, we need them for the city tax that will be charged during your stay.

I lost the link for check-in, what can I do?

Do not panic. Here is the link that brings you back to the guest portal. All you need to do is enter your name, your arrival, and departure dates. A little hint, save this link as a bookmark ;).

The battery of my mobile phone is empty, what can I do?

When you arrive, ring the doorbell, and we will let you in. At the backyard (8th floor), you will find a tablet where you can enter your information. Here you will also get your room key. If you need help and we are no longer on-site, call us 24h.

Your Stay

Can I wash my clothes?

We have a laundry room on the 8th floor. Here you will find a washing machine, laundry dryer, an iron and ironing board. In Studio+ and the family studios, you have your own washing machine and laundry dryer.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

On the first floor, you will find a small Coop supermarket. If you are planning a bigger shopping trip, the Migros is only 6 walking minutes away.

Fancy a bit of shopping? Visit the Wankdorf Centre. Tram 9 takes you there in just a few minutes from Wankdorf station.

I have lost the link for my key, what can I do?

Do not panic. Here is the link leading back to the guest portal. You only have to enter your name, arrival, and departure date for identification. A small tip: Save this link as a bookmark.

Alternatively, you can also make your key at the terminal in the backyard.

Can I buy something to eat and drink at Stay KooooK?

In the kitchen, at the backyard, we offer you a small selection of drinks and food. You will find them on the shelves, in the refrigerator and the freezer. Please do not forget to add them in the guest portal.

Invoice

How do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your bill after your check-out. We will send it to you, and you can also find it in your guest portal. If you have chosen SMS as your communication method, you will only see your invoice in the guest portal.

Can I pay cash?

We do not accept cash payment at the moment. But we are working on a solution for how you can pay without credit card.
