Yes, late or overnight arrivals are no problem. You’ll receive your digital keys on the day of arrival via your Digital Guest Journey; you’ll have access to “The Flat” starting at 8:00 AM, and your room will be available starting at 3:00 PM.

Stay KooooK Geneva City is located at 93 Rue de la Servette, 1202 Geneva, making it very centrally located. This makes it a great base for extended stays, business trips, or city breaks in Geneva.

Parking spaces and electric charging stations are available upon request for CHF 30 per day. You can reserve your parking space during online check-in via the Digital Guest Journey. After making your reservation, you will receive a digital key that grants you access to the parking lot.
Directions:
Drive to the parking lot via Rue Liotard 56. Turn left at the first street and continue for about 50 meters, then turn right when you see the “Hotel” sign.

The Servette tram stop (lines 14 & 18) is just a minute’s walk away and will take you quickly to the main train station or downtown. Bus routes are also available nearby. During your stay, you can use public transportation as much as you like with the free Geneva Transport Card.

No, if you’ve already completed all the steps in your Digital Guest Journey and received your digital keys, you can go straight to your room. If you need assistance, the hosts are of course still here to help you at any time.

Stay KooooK Geneva City does not serve a traditional breakfast. Complimentary coffee, tea and water are available in our shared kitchen in “The Flat” on the 9th floor. For breakfast, you’ll find several bakeries and supermarkets nearby — including a Migros just a few steps away.

Your room is not cleaned daily. You can find the cleaning schedule at any time in your Digital Guest Journey under “My Stay” > “Services.” There, you can also book additional cleanings until 11:59 PM the day before.

“The Flat” is our communal living area, rather than a traditional lobby. Here you’ll find a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea and water, a gaming room, and workspaces.

You will receive your Geneva Transport Card and all relevant information via email from Geneva Tourism. The ticket is valid for public transportation within the city from the day of your arrival until the day of your departure.

A washing machine and dryer are available on the 9th floor next to the public restrooms. Use is free of charge, and detergent pods are also provided. Ironing boards and irons are also available — just ask one of our hosts.

If you’d like to store your luggage, you’ll find a luggage storage area on the 9th floor at the end of the hallway. Please use your digital keys.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is available subject to availability and for a small additional fee. Please contact one of our hosts to check availability.

Your digital keys will remain active until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. This means you can still store your luggage in the luggage room after check-out or continue to use “The Flat.”

The bike room is located on level -2 and can be accessed with your digital key. You can store your bike there securely until 6:00 PM on your day of departure.

In the area, you’ll find restaurants like Indian King Curry (Indian), Charly O’Neill’s (pub food), and Le Figuier (European). For quick meals, there’s a McDonald’s nearby and a Migros supermarket right next door.
