Reservations can only be made online. We recommend booking directly through our website, where you’ll usually find the best available rates. For group inquiries involving more than 9 rooms, please contact us by email.

Can I check in at Stay KooooK Munich City 24 hours a day?

Yes, late or overnight arrivals are no problem. You’ll receive your digital keys on the day of arrival via your Digital Guest Journey; you’ll have access to “The Flat” starting at 8:00 AM, and your room will be available starting at 3:00 PM.

My phone's battery is dead when I arrive. What can I do?

Just ring the doorbell, and we’ll be happy to help you. At “The Flat,” you’ll also find a tablet/terminal where you can enter your information and receive a key card. If you need help and we’re not on site, call us 24/7 at +49 89 541 940 310.

I can't get into the hotel. What should I do?

Just ring the doorbell, and we’ll let you in. Alternatively, you can reach the team by phone at the following number: +49 89 541 940 310.

Stay KooooK Munich City is just a short walk from the main train station (approx. 240 m), with connections to all major S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and regional trains. Karlsplatz (Stachus) is also just a 3-minute walk away. Plus, several tram lines stop right nearby, so you can quickly get to any part of the city.

The Digital Guest Journey guides you through your booking and stay. There, you can check in, activate your digital keys, access information, download your bill, and check out.

Do I need to check in at the front desk at Stay KooooK Munich City?

No, if you’ve already completed all the steps in your Digital Guest Journey and received your digital keys, you can go straight to your room. If you need assistance, the hosts are of course still here to help you at any time.

Why are credit card details requested again during check-in?

Requesting your credit card information on the guest portal serves as a guarantee. It is part of the digital check-in process

I lost the check-in link. What should I do?

Just contact the team in Munich via e-Mail, WhatsApp or phone. They’ll be happy to help you.

My phone is out of battery, and I can't use my digital keys anymore. What can I do?

Use the doorbell at the entrance to have the door opened for you. At “The Flat,” you can optionally get a key card at the terminal.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. Just select the public Wi-Fi network “Stay KooooK” and connect to it.

What is “The Flat”?

“The Flat” is our communal living area, rather than a traditional lobby. Here you’ll find a shared kitchen with free coffee, tea and water, a gaming room, and workspaces.

Does Stay KooooK Munich City serve breakfast?

Stay KooooK Munich City does not serve a traditional breakfast. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available in the shared kitchen in “The Flat”. Guests are welcome to bring their own bread and favorite breakfast ingredients to create a breakfast tailored to their tastes. Food can be stored and prepared in the shared kitchen.

How often is my room or studio cleaned at Stay KooooK Munich City?

Your room is not cleaned daily. You can find the cleaning schedule at any time in your Digital Guest Journey under “My Stay” > “Services.” There, you can also book additional cleanings until 11:59 PM the day before.

Can I do laundry at Stay KooooK Munich City?

Washing machines and dryers are available on the first floor. To use the machines, simply sign up with WeWash. Ironing boards and irons are also available.

Where can I find the luggage storage area at Stay KooooK Munich City?

In the area, you’ll find Bavarian classics at Münchner Stubn or Augustiner Bräustuben. For international cuisine, we recommend NENI München (Israeli) or Slurp (ramen). Geisel’s Vinothek is perfect for a special evening with wine and Mediterranean dishes.

What activities and attractions are there in Munich near Stay KooooK?

Marienplatz, with its glockenspiel, is only about 15 minutes away. The English Garden is the perfect place to relax, while the Deutsches Museum offers exciting discoveries. At the Viktualienmarkt, you can sample local specialties.

What seasonal events are there in Munich?

In the spring, the Spring Festival takes place; in the summer, there are concerts and the opera festival. In the fall, Oktoberfest attracts visitors from all over the world, and in the winter, Christmas markets create a special atmosphere.
