This is no problem at all, as you will be sent your room key digitally. We will provide you with your digital key in the guest portal on the day of arrival. You can use it to enter The Flat from 8 am and your room will be available from 3 pm.

The public parking garage “Metro” is located directly next to the Stay KooooK Bern City. The entrance to the parking garage is on Schüttestrasse on the right-hand side. Hotel guests benefit from discounted prices. Your host on site can stamp your ticket with a hotel stamp so that you can benefit from the special price.

We use a digital self-check-in solution. After you make your booking, we will send you a check-in link by email. You can use this link to enter your personal details, pay your outstanding bill and activate your digital keys on the day of arrival. This means you can conveniently prepare everything before you arrive. Please contact us if you have not received a check-in link.

The Guest Journey accompanies you throughout your booking process and stay. Via the Guest Journey, you can check in, activate your keys, find all the information you need, download your invoice and check out.

Everything works a little differently with us. Once you have completed everything in the guest portal and received your key, you don’t have to contact us and can go straight to your room. However, we are of course very happy if you drop by for a coffee.

Asking for your credit card details in the guest portal is only a guarantee.

We would like to offer you a stay with a modern digital guest journey. It goes without saying that free and super-fast WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Simply select the open Wi-Fi network “Stay KooooK” and connect to it.

We are very centrally located, so there are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. If you leave the hotel and follow Zeughausgasse to the right, you will find a Migros, a Denner and a Coop, for example.

Stay KooooK offers free coffee & tea in the Flat. You can find everything that you need for your breakfast in the bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The Ängelibeck, Glatz, Coop and Migros are just a few steps away. On Sundays you will find bakeries and Migros/Coop at the main railway station (5 min. walk).

We clean your room every 3 days.

If you don’t want your room cleaned on a particular day, simply hang the ‘Dreaming Big Dreams’ sign on your door.

If you need your room cleaned more often, you can easily book this during your stay. Bookable one day in advance in your Stay Kooook app.

Yes, we have a washing machine and tumble dryer on the 1st floor by the public toilets. To use the laundry services, you need to register with WeWash.

Ironing board and iron are also available in the luggage room 215 on the 2nd floor.

There is a bell at the entrance. Once you have pressed it, we will let you into the hotel. At The Flat you can create a room key at the terminal.

or our guests, the Bern Ticket is available free of charge for the entire stay in zones 100/101.

Buses, trams, and trains within these zones can be used by activating the ticket here.

The personal activation code can be found in the Guest Journey under MyStay.

Simply download the Bern Welcome app to activate your ticket. You will find the activation code on your Guestjourney under MyStay. The ticket is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure for zones 100/101.

The luggage room is located in room 215 and you can find the key online in your guest portal.

Your keys are active online until 6 pm on your day of departure so that you can retrieve your luggage from the luggage room.

Your check out is at 11 am on your day of departure.

However, if you would like to check out later for a small surcharge, simply contact your host and you can check availability together.

Fraudsters are becoming increasingly creative in their attempts to obtain money or personal data. Among other things, they send emails or WhatsApp messages with links to fake websites in the name of Stay KooooK. On the fake website, the victim is asked to enter credit card details or other sensitive data.

To protect yourself, we recommend the following procedure:

– Enter my.staykooook.com directly into the browser address bar to log into your account; avoid using search engines.

– Each time you log in, check that the address bar of your browser contains my.staykooook.com.

– Keep your software up to date by installing updates regularly.

– Be suspicious if you unexpectedly receive a message that does not lead to the link ‘my.staykooook.com…’ and are asked to disclose sensitive data.

– If in doubt, contact us via an official channel.

– If you have fallen victim to fraud despite these precautions, contact us immediately.

Stay KooooK – Stay alert!

You will receive your bill after your check-out. We will send it to you, and you can also find it in your guest portal. If you have chosen SMS as your communication method, you will only see your invoice in the guest portal.
