Our Covid-19 protection and hygiene concept
We want you to feel as comfortable and safe in your Stay KooooK as you do in your own home. That’s why we have developed a safety concept that, of course, includes all legal hygiene and distance measures and goes far beyond.
In every Stay KooooK, there are disinfection dispensers available in all public and private areas. We ensure that distance is kept at all times, even in highly frequented places.
Our staff work in fixed teams and are specially trained to ensure maximum safety for our guests and themselves. We also carry out regular health checks among all employees.
When cleaning the rooms and studios, we ensure thorough and full-coverage disinfection, with particular attention paid to high touchpoints such as door handles, light switches, and bathroom inventory.
After departure, each studio or room is also removed from sale for 48 hours and is only cleaned after this period has expired.

With our digital journey, we can create an experience with as few contacts as possible. You can check-in and pay from home and receive your digital room key. So you have everything with you on your mobile phone and don’t have to register at reception. Thus, we avoid contacts and can take care of your health all the more.
