This is no problem at all, as you will be sent your room key digitally. We will provide you with your digital key in the guest portal on the day of arrival. You can use it to enter The Flat from 8 am and your room / studio will be available from 3 pm. Please note that our main entrance (glass door) is locked for security reasons between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Please use the night entrance on Gottschedstraße during this time.

When you arrive, simply ring the doorbell and we’ll let you into the hotel. In The Flat you will find a tablet where you can enter your information. You will also get your room key here. If you need help and we are no longer on site, call us 24 hours a day at +49 341 3397 4491.

We only have a limited number of parking spaces in our underground garage. If a parking space is available for your stay, you will be notified at least 3 days before arrival in our guest portal under Services and you can book it directly. The entrance is located in Bosestraße. You open the gate with the key “Garagentor”. On the first day, entry is possible from 2 pm, on the last day your parking space is available until 11 am. Please connect to our WLAN before entering so that all keys work. The maximum entry height is 2.00 m. Our terms of use for the parking garage apply. The price is 19€ per vehicle/night. If no parking spaces are available in our guest portal under Services, then all parking spaces are already occupied. In this case, we recommend the public parking garages at Zentralstraße 7 and Thomasiusstr. 24, both of which are less than 200m away from us.

We use a digital self-check-in solution. After you make your booking, we will send you a check-in link by email. You can use this link to enter your personal details, pay your outstanding bill and activate your digital keys on the day of arrival. This means you can conveniently prepare everything before you arrive. Please contact us if you have not received a check-in link.

The Guest Journey accompanies you throughout your booking process and stay. Via the Guest Journey, you can check in, activate your keys, find all the information you need, download your invoice and check out.

Everything works a little differently with us. Once you have completed everything in the guest portal and received your key, you don’t have to contact us and can go straight to your studio. However, we are of course very happy if you drop by for a coffee.

Asking for your credit card details in the guest portal is only a guarantee.

We would like to offer you a stay with a modern digital guest journey. It goes without saying that free and super-fast WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Simply select the open Wi-Fi network “Stay KooooK” and connect to it.

We are very centrally located, so there are several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. There is a supermarket called Konsum Leipzig from the hotel. It’s located at Käthe-Kollwitz Street 18 and is only a few minutes away from the hotel.

We are also only a 15-minute walk from the main train station, and there you can find supermarkets (which are also open on Sundays) such as Aldi and a Rewe.

There is a supermarket called Konsum Leipzig just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We are also only a 15-minute walk from the main train station, and there you can find supermarkets (which are also open on Sundays) such as Aldi and a Rewe.

All studios are cleaned every 7 days. However, our rooms are cleaned every 3 days.

If you don’t want to do it this time, simply hang the “Dreaming Big Dreams” sign on the door.

However, if you need cleaning more often, you can simply book it during your stay. Bookable one day in advance for EUR 20 in your Stay Kooook app.

Yes, we have washing machines and tumble dryers on the main floor. Use is free of charge and washing tabs are also provided free of charge.

Ironing boards and irons are also available.

We provide lockers for your luggage. You will find these in the hallway on the first floor right next to the lifts. Easily book your free locker before checking out in our digital guest journey under Services. After booking, the digital locker key will appear at the bottom of your key list.

Your check out is at 11 am on your day of departure. However, if you would like to check out later for a small surcharge, simply contact your host and you can check availability together.

So that you can store your luggage in our luggage room after check-out, your keys are active online until 6 pm on your day of departure.

Fraudsters are becoming increasingly creative in their attempts to obtain money or personal data. Among other things, they send emails or WhatsApp messages with links to fake websites in the name of Stay KooooK. On the fake website, the victim is asked to enter credit card details or other sensitive data.

To protect yourself, we recommend the following procedure:

– Enter my.staykooook.com directly into the browser address bar to log into your account; avoid using search engines.

– Each time you log in, check that the address bar of your browser contains my.staykooook.com.

– Keep your software up to date by installing updates regularly.

– Be suspicious if you unexpectedly receive a message that does not lead to the link ‘my.staykooook.com…’ and are asked to disclose sensitive data.

– If in doubt, contact us via an official channel.

– If you have fallen victim to fraud despite these precautions, contact us immediately.
