Yes, late or overnight arrivals are no problem. You’ll receive your digital keys on the day of arrival via your Digital Guest Journey. You’ll have access to “The Flat” starting at 8:00 AM, and your room will be available starting at 3:00 PM. Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, please use the night entrance on Gottschedstraße, as our main entrance is locked during these hours for security reasons.

Stay KooooK Leipzig City is located at Gottschedstrasse 10, 04109 Leipzig, right in the heart of downtown. This makes it an ideal base for extended stays, business trips, or city breaks in Leipzig.

We offer a limited number of parking spaces in our underground garage (€19 per vehicle/night). If a space is available during your stay, you can reserve it no earlier than 3 days before your arrivalin your Digital Guest Journey under “Services.” The entrance to the garage is located on Bosestrasse. Please connect to our Wi-Fi before entering so that your digital key (“garage door”) works. Entry is possible starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and the space is available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The maximum clearance height is 2.00 m. If no parking space is displayed in your Digital Guest Journey, the garage is fully booked. In this case, we recommend the public parking garages at Zentralstrasse 7 or Thomasiusstrasse 24, both are less than 200 m away.

The “Marktplatz” S-Bahn station and the ‘Gottschedstrasse’ and “Thomaskirche” tram stops are all nearby. This makes it quick and easy to reach all of Leipzig’s major destinations.

Sure. Even if your studio isn’t quite ready on the day you arrive, you can stop by The Flat starting at 8:00 AM. There, you can settle in, take a deep breath, work, make yourself a cup of coffee, or just get a taste of the Stay KooooK vibe. In the meantime, you can store your luggage right in “The Flat” in the lockers provided. As soon as your room or studio is ready, you can move in at your own pace.

We offer free coffee, tea, and water in the shared kitchen in “The Flat“. You can start your day with breakfast at koko – café & bar. Our breakfast buffet is available to guests at the following times:

Mon–Fri: 7:00–10:00 AM
Sat–Sun: 8:00–11:00 AM

After that, you can enjoy an à la carte breakfast throughout the day, which is available to all guests. Tip: Book your breakfast along with your room to get a lower price. A continental breakfast buffet will then be available for you.

Your room is not cleaned daily. You can find the cleaning schedule at any time in your Digital Guest Journey under “My Stay” > “Services.” There, you can also book additional cleanings until 11:59 PM the day before.

“The Flat” is our communal living area, rather than a traditional lobby. Here you’ll find a shared kitchen with free coffee and tea, a gaming room, and workspaces. You can find more information about “The Flat” here:

Washing machines and dryers are available on the ground floor. Use is free of charge, and detergent pods are also provided. Ironing boards and irons are also available.

Lockers for your luggage are available in the hallway on the first floor next to the elevators. Before checking out, you can reserve a free locker in your Digital Guest Journey under “Services.” Once reserved, the digital locker key will appear at the bottom of your key list.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is available subject to availability and for a small additional fee. Please contact one of our hosts to check availability.

Your digital keys will remain active until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. This means you can still store your luggage in the luggage room after check-out or continue using “The Flat.”

Yes, that depends on where you booked. If you booked your stay directly through Stay KooooK, just contact our team via WhatsApp or email. We’ll work with you to see what’s possible and will be happy to help you extend, change, or cancel your reservation. If you booked through a third-party provider — such as a booking portal or an external platform — please contact that provider directly. In this case, any changes or cancellations must be made through the respective booking platform.

Right inside the building, you’ll find the koko café-bar, serving breakfast, fresh dishes, and drinks. In the evenings, you can also enjoy events like live music or poetry slams. Perfect for a relaxing evening.

The market square and St. Thomas Church are just a few minutes’ walk away. Boat tours departing from the city harbor are also popular. You can also easily reach major event venues like the Red Bull Arena.

Highlights include St. Thomas Church and Auerbach’s Cellar. A special spot is the Moritzbastei, a historic vaulted cellar featuring a club and cultural events. Neighborhoods like KarLi and Drallewatsch offer dining and nightlife around the clock.

We’re in a very central location, so there are several supermarkets right in the immediate vicinity. Near the hotel, you’ll find a supermarket called “Konsum Leipzig.” It’s just a few minutes’ walk away and is located at Käthe-Kollwitz-Strasse 18. We’re also just a 15-minute walk from the main train station. There you’ll find supermarkets (which are also open on Sundays), such as Aldi and a Rewe.
